Did you know??
Malta has a significant excess deaths problem! In the past 57 months since January 2020 to September 2024
- 65% of the months in the top 10 out of 27 countries
- 42% of the months in the top 5
- 35% of the months in the top 3
- 4 times the worst recorded excess deaths
Given that you can only die once, how can Malta continue to have excess deaths EVERY month but 1 starting July 2020?
Why is Malta such an outlier??
Take a look at countries like Latvia and Lithuania who (like the EU average) have an excess death pattern consistent with normal historical patterns where there are positive and negative months where deaths exceed or a less than the expected levels.
Why is the Maltese pattern so different if the EU directed events over the past 5 years??
